Hidden Hollow Park presents the return of Dragon Days Renaissance Festival; the park will be transformed into a scene from the middle ages. As you enter the through archways the ivy and flags welcome you to 16th century. Endless entertainment awaits with multiple stages featuring Fire breathing, middle age demonstrations, sword fighting, magic, sword swallowing,a Battle Royal (where all fighters end up in the lake), juggling, glass walking, balancing acts and much more. Our featured entertainer this year is Johnny Phoenix; Johnny mixes interactive comedy, variety arts (fire-eating, whip work and fire walking) with performance arts and stand-up comedy. Returning this year are the favored live chess match, renaissance play and renaissance dance. The young and the young at heart can get up close and personal with the cutest of the farmyard animals in the Petting Zoo. The festival also features time period vendors with jewelry, face painting, and much more.
> A king and Queen pageant will be held Saturday at 12:oo pm to crown our Festival King , Queen and court.
> Challenge your skill in our renaissance game area, with pluck a duck; shatter a platter, lord of the ring toss and much more.
> You'll feast like a king when you dine on a hearty grilled smoked turkey leg, try a specialty item like Beef stew served in your very own bread bowl, or a large Polish sausage w grilled onion and peppers, and other renaissance favorite treats.
